What it is
A talk and Q&A with Max Tatton-Brown on how and why good writing is the key skill to create great agents. His argument is that the technical side of building agents is now largely solved, so what is left is writing: giving an agent a persona, writing its skills, dividing up its responsibilities and structuring its memory.
Max is an AI builder. He has been part of AI startup founding teams since 2023, building agents for Harvey.ai and Granola, and is one of Anthropic's Claude Ambassadors. He started out as a writer and journalist (Wired, TechCrunch, the Guardian).
Format
Open to all INSEAD students, staff and faculty, all levels welcome. A 45-minute talk, then Q&A. No technical background needed: if you write emails, decks, cases or copy, this was for you.
